Day-to-day management of ethical practices is handled collaboratively through Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, and Human Resources, ensuring that all team members have access to guidance and support when facing ethical challenges.

Periodic reviews of the program include:

• Updates to reflect new laws, regulations, and client requirements

• Recommended policy enhancements to strengthen accountability and anti-corruption measures

ETHICS TRAINING
