The Executive Leadership Team oversees the company’s ethics program and ensures it remains aligned with our values of integrity, transparency, and accountability. Day-to-day management of ethical practices is handled collaboratively through Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, and Human Resources, ensuring that all team members have access to guidance and support when facing ethical challenges.
Periodic reviews of the program include:
Evaluation of reported concerns or Code of Conduct violations
Updates to reflect new laws, regulations, and client requirements
Recommended policy enhancements to strengthen accountability and anti-corruption measures
Our leadership team meets regularly to review progress and ensure that ethics and anti-corruption oversight remain central to Red Bees Group’s mission.
ETHICS TRAINING
At Red Bees Group, LLC, we believe that ethical awareness must be part of our daily operations — not just policy. To ensure that every employee and partner operates with integrity, ethics and compliance training are embedded in our onboarding process and reinforced through regular updates.
